Our coded welders are world-class having built their reputation working to demanding standards with a broad range of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super-duplex, aluminium, hasteloy, CuNiFe, alum-brass, chrome moly and cupro-nickel.
Welding process include TIG (GTAW), MMA (SMAW) and MIG (GMAW). All welding is in accordance with procedures certified under BS EN 287/288. Weld procedures have been inspected, verified and approved by Lloyds Register.
Our 10,000 square foot fabrication facility allows us to pre-fabricate pipe spools and skids for rapid installation on site. Materials are QA inspected on receipt, with stainless steel being segregated from carbon steel throughout the entire fabrication process. Pipe spools are fabricated, QA inspected, tested and shotblasted/painted to the requisite specification before being despatched to site.
Full QA packs are available including weld maps, NDT maps, pressure test maps, full material traceability and weld & welder certification
Our operatives are experienced in working within explosive atmospheres or where harmful gases may be present. From hot work on Top-Tier COMAH sites to wet-well entry, they are trained in the safe use of non-sparking tools, hazardous area equipment, gas monitors and Confined Space Entry and Rescue to industry standards
